Tracey Pankow

Operations Manager

Tracey became a permanent part of Pankow Financial Solutions in 2004. As the Operations Manager, she is responsible for the hiring and development of staff and all marketing/media relations. Tracey draws on her education and experience in small business and management in designing and implementing our client service standards and policies. Tracey facilitates all client development programs and manages our promotional policy. Tracey is President of Together Smiths Falls, a Community Enhancement Association which runs community events like Movies Under the Stars and is involved with other community projects.

For more information check out With Shawn, she is very active in the community and gives of her time and money freely to many worthwhile causes. Tracey is part of the Smiths Falls Toastmasters and enjoys travelling and exploring new avenues. When not at work, Tracey enjoys her life at home and sharing life experiences with Shawn and their seven children.
